Your tasks:

• Responsibility for technical leadership in the field of C++/Qt software development Planning and implementation of software architectures and continuous optimization of development processes
• Definition and implementation of quality standards, best practices and development guidelines
• Supporting the team in technological and methodological questions
• Close cooperation with product management and other technical areas for defining technical requirements Control and implementation of software projects taking into account CI/CD, code reviews and testing Active cooperation in software development, including implementation, integration and testing of applications

Your profile:

• Complete study of computer science or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in object-oriented software development with C++ and Qt
• High quality awareness, analytical thinking and independent work
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and databases
• Experience with version management systems, bug tracking and CI/CD processes
• Leadership experience or a strong ability to technical leadership and team coordination
• Very good knowledge of German and English
