For 40 years, CHEFS CULINAR has been a specialist department of the leading food wholesaler CHEFS CULINAR in Germany. Whether hotel industry, gastronomy or care, we find the right solution for every need – because cooking is craftsmanship, creativity and precision. From 18 locations in Germany, our 300 employees work on individual and tailor-made concepts with which we set new standards in large kitchen technology. Our work does not end in the planning of the most modern kitchens at our 50 CAD workstations, but also includes assembly, maintenance and fast service in the event of failure of the equipment by our 80 trained service technicians (m/w/d).

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You develop innovative gastronomy concepts and maintain their technical planning from design to construction management. You independently serve our customers. You take over the project management in all project stages and areas of action as well as the project execution up to completion. As part of the coordination of all planning processes, You take over interface management and work closely with interior designers, consultants and technical designers. You will keep an eye on the project execution. You are responsible for auditing the contract and contract management as well as for the cost and budget monitoring as well as the follow-up management. You create reports and analyses. You actively participate in the acquisition process and in contract negotiations and check tender documents.

You have technical or gastronomic training, ideally with industry knowledge in the field of kitchen technology. You have a class B license. Your technical understanding, your independent, careful working and your loadability complete your profile.
