Your task area

• They're making the correspondence to dictate.
• You create invoices according to RVG and compensation agreement.
• They take care of the predominantly digital entry and file management.
• You keep in mind all dates and deadlines, take over the travel organization and fee bills.
• You're taking care of the beA mailbox.
• Professionally, you also serve our clients by phone and in person, even in gatekeeper function.

This will bring you

• The basis of your entry is a completed training for the lawyers (m/w/d).
• You've been working in a similar function? That would be great! If not, we'll work you in.
• We require the safe handling of office software and communication strength in very good German and as good as possible English when you start.
• Under time pressure you are a good team player and always keep a cool head.
