Pre-Sales Consultant / Technical Solution Consultant in the ECM area (m/f/d)

As part of our pre-sales team, you are a direct contact person for our public administration customers and are actively working on alerts, offerings and processing pre-sales requests & providing demo environments. As part of your work, you will help us understand the customer's requirements and to create and implement sustainable solutions for the use of our software products from the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) sector. Together with our sales team, you develop appropriate offers, answer technical questions and help analyze customer needs and check the technical feasibility. You will get a comprehensive integration & sufficient space to find yourself in your new role and develop professionally so that you can gradually support us in the Pre-Sales tasks & independently install, configure and present our software solutions, both virtually and locally.

With your completed training in the IT field, e.g. for the specialist in system integration or application development, or your studies in the field of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification, Your basic understanding of IT systems, software solutions as well as technical relationships and ideally your first know-how regarding servers, interfaces and/or Microsoft technologies or Your motivation to work on these topics, Your reliable knowledge of German (mind. C1) in word and writing as well as your ability to put you in our customers & their needs to find optimal solutions together, Your analytical mindset that makes it easy for you to present complex requirements in a structured manner and to prepare them in a comprehensible manner, as well as your reliable and quality-oriented way of working, Your own initiative as well as your pleasure in working in the team & with our customers.
