The Asklepios Clinic Lindau is an acute hospital of basic and regular care with 125 flatbeds. We provide approx. 400 employees, 6,700 stationary and 11,000 outpatient patients:inside. We have a public service mission and as a hospital in the county we take a central role in the medical treatment and care of the population as well as the guests of the holiday region on Lake Constance. Our modernly equipped clinic has departments Orthopaedics & Trauma Surgery, Spine Surgery, Internal Medicine with Acutgeriatrics, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, General Surgery with Urology, HNO as well as Anesthesia & Intensive Medicine. We are the first certified endoprosthetic center on Lake Constance. Our medicine and training is characterized by the most modern methods and techniques.

Organisation of the workflows of the station taking into account the technical and economic aspects Responsibility for flexible personnel deployment planning in compliance with operational and legal regulations Design of change processes and participation in the conceptual development in the care sector Responsibility for Careful Supply, Structure and Process Quality Cooperative cooperation with the medical service and other professional groups Coordination of individual personnel development measures

Complete vocational training as a nurse or health and nursing staff: Multiannual professional experience and experience in a leading position Further training for the nursing management of a station or Care program is desirable Enforcement and pronounced communication skills Organisational skills, targeted and solution-oriented mode of operation A dedicated, responsible and resilient personality with the ability to co-operate in the handling team Good knowledge of the hospital information system (ORBIS)
