Leadership & Team Development: Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of a team of currently 15 employees in a growing area Maintenance control & operational planning: planning, prioritization and control of all maintenance tasks and efficient coordination of personnel use Installation availability & operational reliability: ensuring a legally secure maintenance and high availability of logistics hardware – from conveyor technology and industrial robots to shelving equipment to driverless transport systems Result Responsibility & Optimisation: Responsibility for Quality, Quantity, Timeliness and Economics as well as Continuous Improvement of Workflows and Maintenance Processes Process management & further development: design, standardization and documentation of maintenance processes and participation in the development and implementation of future-oriented maintenance strategies Interface & service provider management: Central contact person for technical issues, cross-departmental coordination and control, quality control and performance management of external service providers

Complete technical training followed by further training to the technician, master or comparable qualification Finded professional experience in maintenance, ideally with leadership experience Good knowledge of MS Office programs Knowledge in SAP, warehouse management systems and planning tools are advantageous Safe appearance and a high level of communication capability for exchange with internal and external colleagues careful and precise operation
