Project manager HKLS m/w/d Location: Munich (Schwabing-Freimann) Reference number: 2026-0228 Working time: Full time

Technical and technical project management (planning, construction management, implementation, project acceptance) in the field of supply technology / HKLS / TGA Creation and calculation of offers as well as the implementation of follow-up management, technical accounting and production of inventory and execution documents Coordination of project, appointment and resource planning, participation in construction meetings and contact with the customer Participation in the project forecast and responsible for compliance with the calculated budgets Continuous development of work processes and solutions in cooperation with the project team

Studies in the field of supply technology / building technology / technical building equipment / heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology (HKL) or technician or master Mind. 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position Structured working style and strong cooperation and communication skills Ideally knowledge of CAFM (Autocad, REVIT) and tendering software (iTWO) English at least.
