Your duties as a specialist in international sales services:

• Management and maintenance of master data in the ERP system
• independent order acquisition, processing and processing
• Support and advice of customers and interested parties in international sales areas with their own responsibility
• Full support of an associated customer base
• Creating calculations and offers in close cooperation with the French site/plant
• Processing complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Editing public tenders in various portals

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in the field of business or business
• Experience in the sales service, ideally in the plastics or packaging industry
• Very good English knowledge for secure communication with foreign customers and colleagues, French knowledge of advantage
• Secure handling of MS-Office and experience with ERP systems
• Ability to quickly capture and penetrate complex facts
• Self-employed, careful working and flexibility in daily business
• High service orientation, communication strength and team spirit
