On board the ships, 136 positions are directly supervised by TUI Cruises GmbH. For the brand Mein Schiff®, a fleet of eight ships travels. Since the end of 2020, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has also been part of TUI Cruises GmbH with a fleet of currently five ships. The Mein Schiff® fleet offers up-to-date holiday trips on sea in the premium segment (My Schiff 1 to My Schiff 7 and the Mein Schiff Relax). You advise our TUI Cruises crew on board the Mein Schiff as well as Hapag-Lloyd Cruises fleet on demand- and solution-oriented questions and are the first respondent on land Together with the disciplines, you set up the rotation plans, accompany on-board change processes, are Sparringspartner/in for their on-board personnel topics and ensure smooth personnel operation You initiate and implement recruiting measures and successfully acquire new employees You are a key user for our payroll system and take over cross-border projects and tasks (e.g. personal report, promotion, revision, clarification of special cases) You are an interface between Fleet Organizational & People Management and the disciplines and always have the further development of our internal processes and cooperation in mind You design and coordinate your own projects and initiatives in close cooperation with the team and the departments The participation in recurring personal processes (e.g. performance appraisal, certification, bonus calculation or the like) as well as the implementation of individual personal measures complete your task profile

You have completed your studies in the field of shipping, personnel management or in similar relevant areas You look back on several years of experience in the field of crewing, human resources management, etc. A plus is when you bring know-how with payroll processes and systems You understand yourself as a communication and organizational talent – including interdisciplinary, international teams You convince by your independent, structured and above all solution-oriented way of working You speak fluent German and English
