Responsibility: As a responsible building manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the overall legal and technical responsibility for the project. Subcontractor management: You first set up performance directories, forget construction services to selected partners and carry out professional supervision of the execution. Cost and performance control: You collect services, first set up bills and always keep the project costs in mind. Take-off and commissioning: With your know-how, you accompany the final project phase – from the first function test to the mängel-free transfer to the customer.

You have a successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering or industrial engineering with the focus on construction. Alternatively, you have a completed training as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) with corresponding professional experience in the building management. You have relevant professional experience in the construction management or Development of commercial and residential construction projects. You have a well-founded knowledge of the design and accounting of after-contractors. You are a communicative person and you are characterized by a high self-initiative and enforcing power, coupled with a pronounced sense of responsibility and cost.
