BWL - Sustainable Building and Resource Management (B.A.) at DHBW Mosbach 2026 (m/w/d)

You're a university degree alone too theoretical? Are you inspiring business relationships? Looking for the best combination of theory and practice? Then our dual training offer could be the right thing for you. We offer young and motivated (professional) students the possibility of a dual university study. In addition to the practical phases at Schlüter-Systems in Iserlohn, you will acquire the national and internationally recognized academic title Bachelor of Arts at the Baden-Württemberg Dual University in Mosbach.

In six practical phases, you will get process-oriented insights into the commercial functional areas of Schlüter-Systems. These include financial accounting, sales, marketing, purchasing and Human Resources. You will be included in the day-to-day business and will be able to take on tasks independently after appropriate incorporation.

In addition, you will also get an insight into other departments of Schlüter-Systems such as production, application technology, logistics, export and IT to get to know the company in a holistic way.

The BWL degree course - Sustainable building and resource management, with the deepening of construction, home technology, electrical and facility management, qualifies you to various tasks in different areas. In addition to basic business knowledge, you will learn both the entire value chain and industry-specific technical foundations. During your dual studies, the approximately three-month practical phases change in training and theoretical phases at the Mosbach University.
