In your position as (Senior) Teamleiter (m/w/d) in Sales and Recruiting, you take over the management and control of your own sales team As a manager, you coach your employees in performing their tasks and have a sense of how you can develop your team members individually and successfully The strategic and operational goals you have always looked at and control your team's sales success with clear KPIs Furthermore, you build your own customer relationships, successfully negotiate contracts with decision-makers and thereby generate your own sales success All in all, with your commitment and skills, you can obtain a value-added contribution for our organization
