Project management of federal construction (m/f/d)

You assume the overall responsibility for the management and coordination of demanding construction projects taking into account costs, dates and quality. You represent the contractor's interests vis-à-vis internal departments, external designers and exporting companies and ensure a non-exhaustible flow of information. You structure projects, create project, schedule and cost plans and manage the conversion of all project-related services and work packages. You coordinate tendering, procurement and contracting processes, including the preparation and control of professional services. You monitor planning and construction performance in respect of compliance with project objectives, carry out cost and quality controls and accompany acceptance processes. You control adaptation and decision-making processes in the course of the project and ensure the enforcement of contractual and public law requirements. You accompany the transfer and successful completion of projects, including proper documentation and accounting.

Compulsory requirements As an alternative: a university degree in the field of engineering, economic engineering or natural sciences with multiannual cross-industry professional experience in the management of construction projects

Professional experience in the implementation and implementation of larger construction projects, preferably in public construction Successful existence of the safety review pursuant to § 15 para. 2 VSA SH within the sample period Class B driving licence and readiness to exercise missions Required requirements Experience in managing projects, costs, dates and qualities Knowledge of the building and construction law to be applied (e.g. HOAI, VOB or RBBau) and the cost and performance accounting Task and project planning competence, negotiation skills and strong communication strength (in German) Responsibility and the ability to lead small teams Willingness to qualify as project management
