Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)

The OsteMed Klinik in Bremervörde is looking for a care specialist Geriatrie (m/w/d) in full or part-time employment for the Geriatrie area at the next possible time.

Your tasks:

• They take over, after intensive incorporation, accompanied by a practical manager, the independent implementation of individual, resource-oriented basic and treatment care;
• They perform all nursing activities in our patients taking into account the expert standards as well as the special care in acute and regular care;
• You document your work and services professionally and continuously;
• They bring your technical and social competence to the implementation of our treatment concepts and continuously shape them.

Your profile:

• You have a degree as a nursing specialist (m/w/d) in health care and nursing or care for children;
• A high level of sense of responsibility is equally natural for you as a team-oriented way of working;
• They also maintain rest in difficult and labor-intensive situations, act sovereignly and know to apply your emphatical skills;
• Your profile is rounded off by the interest in further development in our clinic.
