Planning, implementation and design of theoretical and practical teaching in the fields of hematology and/or histology and/or microbiology Coordination and support of trainees during practical phases Organisation and implementation of state audits Administrative tasks, e.g. timetable design and course management Contact to practical training providers including visits on site

Complete vocational training as MTL with professional experience Willingness to incorporate into other subjects Pedagogical additional qualification (which can also be acquired in a professional context) Teamability, organisational skills and commitment Joy and commitment in dealing with young people
