After Timo and Otmar Horl's design and construction competencies were the first generation of roller grinders, we left the local factory cellar and are represented today with two office locations in Freiburg. Together with our growing team, we continue to write the HORL® history and look forward to attracting more and more people both nationally and internationally.

Numbers are more than just bookings for you – You tell stories, cover potentials and form the basis for sound decisions. In this role, you take part in the responsibility for our accounting and make sure that processes run clean, data is correct and everything is ready at the right time. You bring in with your know-how, think forward-looking and are a reliable contact for internal and external partners.

Self-employed accounting & wage accounting: You take on your own responsibility the complete accounting for our production company – including preparatory wage accounting – and make sure that all processes run reliably, correctly and in time.

Account balance & Open items: You proactively monitor our bookings, regularly balance the accounts and always have open items and cash flows in mind.

Intercompany & settlements: You're working on internal bills, voting with the tax advisor and actively introducing your experience in the international environment.

ERP System & Process Optimization: You support the construction, maintenance and application of our new ERP system – with a clear view for technical processes and accounting logic.

Consulting & Process Security: You bring sound accounting knowledge, advise the team in complex business incidents and make sure that our accounting processes work smoothly in the daily business.

Structure & further development: You work structured, think entrepreneurially and actively help develop our accounting processes in a growing company.

You have a completed commercial training – ideally supplemented by a further education on accountants, tax professionals or specialist in the field of business accounting or a comparable qualification.

You bring 6–10 years of experience in a comparable professional environment and have comprehensive knowledge in operational booking – also in an international context.

Intercompany processes, payroll accounting and complex business incidents are familiar terrain for you.

You work with DATEV, you know ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and have a high technical affinity.

You are persistent, resilient and structured – but also open, helpful and team-oriented.
