HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in full time for our staff department in Friedrichshafen. What tasks do you expect: independent supervision of defined organizational units in all personal topics Advising and supporting specialists and executives in labour law and personal business issues Control and implementation of the entire recruiting process from the call to occupation Defining contract terms and drawing up appropriate decisions Implementation of personal measures Identification of personnel development needs in cooperation with personnel development Participation in HR projects, job evaluations and reporting and controlling
