Team Assistant (m/w/d)

Your duties

• Supporting project management in operational day-to-day business
• Order collection and creation of contract documents and offers by submission
• Research and preparation of information and data incl. Create evaluations, reports and statistics
• Coordination of cross-departmental tasks with contact persons on the customer and supplier side
• depositing and managing documents, regular care and appointment monitoring
• Preparation of presentation documents
• Creating billing documents for projects

We are looking for effective reinforcement for our team in full time at the next possible time to successfully process the versatile tasks. Your location is in Sennfeld.
