SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d)

In your role as SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d) at the Hamburg location, you can make your personal contribution to our goals.

Your tasks

The product area "Reverse Processes" in EDEKA IT is responsible for the tools we use on the subject of human resources management. These include personal administration, billing, time management, personnel cost planning, travel costs, recruiting systems, learning management systems, document management, self services, digital signatures, etc.

• You support the team in the support and development of existing SAP HCM systems and in the S/4HANA migration in the SAP Private Cloud (SAP RISE).
• Your tasks include the analysis of personal business processes, the acceptance of new requirements and the implementation to be derived from them in the SAP HCM.
• With your programming skills in ABAP, you implement the incoming requirements in the HCM environment (SAP modules PA, PY and PT).
• For small and medium-sized projects, you transfer the implementation to production.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies or training with IT cover or have an equivalent qualification.
• You bring multi-year, well-founded experience as SAP HCM Consultant and in the support of SAP modules PA, PT, PY.
• You are also very safe in the application development with ABAP, from conception to realization. We also welcome knowledge in SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori.
• You are very familiar with the execution control in the schemes and calculation rules of the pay bill / time evaluation; also the data distribution via IDoc and ALE are well-known terrain for you.
• You are analytic, structured and carefree in your daily work; you will draw your attention through a responsible, solution, team and customer-oriented working.
• You bring an open mindset and help others grow beyond yourself.
• You are investing time in your personal development in the form of training - we are happy to support you.
• You have fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing.
