You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our team of online trainers (m/w/d) and develop this strategically You recognize potentials, promote individual strengths and actively accompany your employees in their professional and personal development – through coaching, feedback and targeted training You are responsible for the planning, control and further development of team processes and for a structured organization of all training activities You design and develop modern, interactive learning formats in the digital environment – from professional online trainings to e-learnings to multimedia formats such as videos, podcasts or micro-learnings You ensure the high quality of our training concepts and learning offers in the sales environment, analyze existing formats and continuously develop them You actively promote the further development of our digital learning ecosystem (LMS, tools, methods) and introduce new ideas into the learning strategy

You have completed training or study, ideally in the field of pedagogy, adult education, psychology or a comparable subject You have a trainer training and experience in leadership of teams You bring well-founded experience in e-learning, digital training formats and online generation You are familiar with learning platforms, digital tools and modern training methods and are happy to try new didactic approaches and technologies At best, you have experiences in sales, ideally insurance products, with You use tools such as MS Office, Learning Management Systems, SMART, Confluence or Zoom safely and routined in everyday work and implements distributive training content virtually on sale
