Legal Trainee Elective HR - Employment Law, Co-Determination, Principles (m/w/d)

You support our labour rights in their diverse and varied tasks and will quickly take on your own responsibility. You will also learn about the work of an internationally active large group and the structures in the personnel sector. You get insights beyond the legal edge of the plate and have the chance to apply your legal knowledge in business practice. Your duties include: Answering requests from operational personnel, both on individual and collective issues

Support and preparation of work-court procedures

Analysis of legislative or judicial changes and the development of concepts for implementation

Working with Human Resources Projects

Participation in board meetings

Design of operating arrangements and operational regulations

First state exam with above-average degree

Good knowledge / special interest in labour law

Structured operation
