They report to our production manager.

Analysis and optimization of production processes and processes Development and implementation of technical solutions to increase efficiency Implementation of fault analyses and the development of measures for process improvement Customer communication in the course of production and process optimizations that are implemented due to complaints active support as a moderator in shopfloor management and the further development of key figures in production Cooperation with various departments to ensure product quality Compilation of technical documentation, work instructions and reports

Completed studies, preferably mechanical engineering, process engineering or another comparable degree course with relevant professional experience Knowledge of the application of automotive core tools such as 5-why, Ishikawa analysis, process skills, statistics tools, P-FMEA, Kaizen method, PDCA etc expertise on and in the application of Lean methods with the focus on the sustainable optimization of potentials in the production process with the aim of reducing costs and throughput times Experience in handling customers and customer talks and residue situations Methodological approach with a pronounced hands-on mentality JOBV1_EN
