Warranty Manager New Construction Projects (m/f/d)

In this key role, you take responsibility for the guarantee phase of our new building projects in housing construction and ensure that our customers are satisfied in the long term. A diverse range of tasks awaits you: Central responsibility: You control and process complaints within the scope of the new building guarantee and document them taking into account technical and economic aspects. This ensures not only the quality of our projects, but also the trust of our customers. Examination and preparation: You accompany object visits, accept fault indications, check claims and monitor warranty periods. Coordination and control: You control and monitor the elimination of defects, coordinate craftsmen and service providers, perform quality controls and ensure the timely implementation. Legal and economic protection: You enforce warranty claims, control legal cases with our lawyers and keep the costs in mind. Communication and interface management: You are the central contact person for customers, home administrations and internal specialist departments and ensure smooth cooperation. Quality Assurance and Reporting: You are involved in housing removals, create reports as well as decision templates for department management and management.
