Junior Logistics Expert Assortment Management (m/f/d)

In your role Junior Logistics Expert support the 8-member team of assortment management in the distribution of articles to our regional players, eCommerce and Non Food warehouses You ensure that our products are optimally distributed to our logistics locations in compliance with the relevant KPIs and implement the distribution in an operational manner Based on analyses and reporting, you can manage action options and use the results for the active control of the article allocation. Learn how to proceed with product recalls, product defects and warehouse control topics Interface management from purchasing to operating management: You are in close cooperation with purchasing, inventory management and sales to discuss the distribution of logistics locations The solution of ad-hoc challenges in day-to-day business, as well as the work on projects and the support of building up the operating article control processes in the eCommerce warehouse belongs to your tasks Particularity of the position will be that existing processes will be reorganized in the team and you will work into it Get to know the internal processes and actively apply the knowledge to ensure a smooth process and to support our logistics locations

A completed study in the field of logistics, supply chain management, economics or comparable commercial training as well as initial practical experience in logistics form the basis of your profile Analytical thinking skills and understanding of logistical processes enable you to create sound evaluations, identify trends early on and derive practical recommendations for action as well as optimal control of the article placement You communicate with different internal stakeholders – from purchasing via category management and logistics to operating management and master data management Tool knowledge: You have secure knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ideally experience in handling goods management systems; also bring you interest in new technologies, especially in artificial intelligence (AI), and want to actively shape innovative approaches in logistics High commitment, self-responsibility, self-responsibility and flexibility shape your work, even with changing and challenging tasks You understand that strategic guidelines from the administration are implemented empirically and convince by your solution-oriented attitude
