You act as the main contact partner:in all matters relating to digital solutions and processes for the assigned departments In addition, set up and maintain close cooperation with stakeholders to be perceived as a strategic:r partner: Collection, assessment and prioritization of requirements from the EMEA region in relation to changes, extensions and new projects - in close coordination with the departments You develop a project roadmap in line with the technical objectives and the global IT strategy and independent development of solutions Active cooperation in projects, possibly Acquisition of project management using agile methods and development of strategies for digitization and automation of business processes Proactive consulting of the specialist areas on new technologies, solutions and optimization possibilities - e.g. by benchmarking existing processes with best practices, You work closely with other IT departments, such as the Digital Transformation Office, or the Citizen Development Initiative, as well as 2nd-level support for the digital solutions used

You have a completed study or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience, especially in project management in the IT or marketing environment Practical experience with popular CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Hubspot) as well as experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Emarsys) In addition, you will understand core processes in marketing departments as well as the working of IT organizations as well as sound project management skills Experience with methods and tools for process optimization and requirement analysis as well as in cooperation with global teams and the willingness to continue training in relevant technologies Your self-contained, structured and targeted working methods as well as your own initiative and customer orientation are characterized by Enforcement, linguistic compassion and safe occurrence is just as important as us flowing English skills in word and writing complete your profile
