We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of production:

Plant operation: You operate and independently maintain complex power and heat generation plants, in particular block heating power plants (BHKW), high-pressure steam boiler plants and their secondary plants and heat pumps

Disorder management: You identify faults, initiate necessary replacement circuits and systematically analyze the causes.

Plant optimization: You analyze boiler and heat distribution systems, troubleshoot and develop sustainable improvement measures.

Test management: You create test criteria and test documents and carry out independent testing and maintenance measures.

Operational safety: You carry out safety inspections of boilers and drinking water plants according to BetrSichV and TRBS and TrinkwV.

Plant engineering: You take over welding and assembly work in plant and heating engineering.

Project support: You cooperate in planning, rebuilding, modernization and new construction of plants, check plan documents and coordinate foreign companies.

Water chemistry: You monitor circulatory water and dose independent conditioning chemicals.

Switching competence: You carry out complex unlocking and switching operations independently.

Operating support: You perform general operational tasks such as fuel supply, cleaning, measurement and maintenance.

You have completed technical training (e.g. as plant mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronic or comparable)

You own the big cold certificate A1

You bring practical experience in the operation and maintenance of energy plants, ideally BHKW and boiler plants.

You are able to detect faults autonomously, systematically analyze and fix them sustainably.

You work independently, reliably and take responsibility for safe and trouble-free plant operation.

You have well-founded knowledge in measuring, control and control technology as well as in plant operation.

You work structured in the team and reliably coordinate external service providers.

You are ready for shift work and for the takeover of standby services.

You have a class B-BE licence
