Controller - Inventory valuation and inventories (m/f/d)

Together in a team, You predominantly process material economic processes in a large company. You are responsible for the creation of monthly and quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS in the field of materials management as well as forecast calculations including associated reporting. Furthermore, you are responsible for the commercial preparation, management and execution of inventory as well as the determination and booking of inventory results. You are direct contact for the auditors as well as in case-by-case Sparring partners for auditors from the Financial Office for Large Business Audit and the Federal Central Office for Taxes. Your key tasks include ensuring data quality in the systems.

You have completed university studies (Diplom/Master) in economics, industrial engineering or comparable discipline, ideally focusing on cost accounting and controlling. You have multiannual and relevant professional experience in the field of stock assessment and inventory. Your good knowledge of tax law and accounting regulations within the framework of HGB and IFRS, especially in the field of valuation of semi-finished and finished materials, as well as the accounting treatment of spare parts and resources, are excellent. You have secure user knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA/ FI / MM, ideally paired with knowledge of the interfaces and contents of the upstream material tracking systems. Their analytical, careful and independent thinking and working methods, combined with a sovereign and convincing appearance, are among your strengths. For process-related changes, you are able to solve problems. Your own initiative and communication and team skills complete your profile.
