Projektmanager (m/w/d) Professional leadership of employees within the shift Ensuring production targets with regard to quality, quantity and timing Set up and start up our extrusion systems including the associated peripheral systems and monitoring the ongoing manufacturing processes Coordination of tool changes and production changes Support for fault analysis, troubleshooting and continuous process improvement Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and documentation requirements Technical contact for employees in the associated area

Successfully completed technical training ideally as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or a comparable qualification with experience in extrusion or injection molding Valuable, motivating guidance and constructive teamwork Independent, structured and solution-oriented work Embossed technical understanding and a high level of responsibility Ideally first experience with ERP and MES systems as well as with MS Office Ready to work in the 3-shift system
