IT Integration Engineer NEVARIS & AI (m/f/d)

With about 800 employees, the company serves its customers in the fields of construction, turnkey construction, project development, transport concrete, road & civil engineering, asphalt construction and bitumen mixing plants and milling. The focus of the company IT is on the digital development of central processes along value creation, in particular in costing, controlling and project processing. For this, modern ERP industry solutions such as NEVARIS and AI tools are integrated into the existing system landscape and developed in a targeted manner. Interfaces, data flows and reliable system availability play an equally important role as well as close cooperation between IT and commercial and controlling departments.

Responsibility for the support, integration and further development of NEVARIS in the existing IT and application landscape, including the acceptance of requirements with the specialist areas and the creation of technical concepts Conception, implementation and operation of interfaces and data flows between NEVARIS and adjacent systems focusing on stability, traceability and performance Analysis and optimization of end-to-end processes around costing, project processing and controlling in close coordination with key users and process managers Identification and implementation of suitable AI/automatization approaches for quality improvement in data, workflows and evaluations within the NEVARIS context as well as development, planning and implementation/direction of digitalization and AI projects Control of internal and external stakeholders such as IT operations, software partners and service providers as well as ensuring documentation, testing and go-live support Training and user support (including first-class support)

Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, BWL, Construction or a comparable qualification with strong IT and process reference 10–15 years of professional experience in IT/integration roles, of which ideally at least 5 years with design or project-specific process understanding Practice in the integration of specialist applications and in the design and implementation of interfaces, data models and stable operating processes Finded user and integration experience in NEVARIS or comparable, contemporary ERP software in construction Knowledge of the application and implementation of SQL servers, web services and API interfaces High affinity for digitalization topics, automation and modern AI tools Analytical, structured mode of operation with pronounced communication strength for translation between specialist, IT and external partners Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
