Takeover of the professional and partly disciplinary leadership of a dedicated QA team Building and continuous development of quality processes and structures Responsibility for the entire test management including modern test methods (e.g. white, grey and black box tests, test-to-pass/fail, automation) derivation and definition of requirements and supplies based on technical specifications Testing requirements for completeness, feasibility and testability Preparation of test plans, test cases and automated tests performing functional system and performance tests as well as tracking errors Close cooperation with product management, development and further interfaces Active participation in agile processes and participation in meetings such as Daily, Planning, Refinement and Retrospective Ensuring software quality through standardized QA processes Continuous improvement of existing test methods and methods

Found professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in complex software projects Experience in a leading function Deep knowledge of modern test methods and automation techniques Experience in agile development environments Impressed communication strength and leadership skills Analytical thinking capacity as well as structured and solution-oriented operation
