(Junior) Manager Cruises Club (all gender)

Customer club support: Telephone and written advice from club members and travel agencies Supporting the extensive and growing number of club members Coordination of internal and external information flows, in particular between land and ship Further development and optimization as well as sales promotion of club offers Interface to the marketing specialist departments – content support of the club's marketing activities (in particular mailing, CLUBZEIT, business equipment, give-aways etc.) Processing and conception of “Specials” to control and optimise the utilisation Advertising management Clubevents and events: Development, tendering and implementation of club events and club trips Control, monitoring and calculation of relevant commercial parameters and budget control Negotiations with and support of event partners

Complete training in tourism and/or studies with a focus on tourism Multiannual experience in the field of customer support and/or event planning Advantages of marketing experiences Organizational and sovereign, self-confident and binding occurrence Trusts in handling very demanding customers and affinity for luxury products Secure communicative skills and high service and customer orientation negotiating skills with diplomatic enforcement Business thinking and action Self-employed, reliable and responsible work Flexibility and commitment according to operational requirements Flexible accessibility in special circumstances (hard case) flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing Experience with the current booking programs is advantageous for this location Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
