You manage and manage complex tasks internally and externally You support and coordinate structural tests for the analysis department You define specifications and Means of Compliance for structural analysis You define and propose program code routines for analysis processes, methods and tools (FEM pre- and post-processing, automatic calculations, digital data processing) You plan activities based on clearly defined deliverables You improve, define and adapt stress and R&DT methods, assumptions, data and processes for metallic and fiber composite structures (handbooks and FEM methods) You shall produce voltage, fatigue and Damage tolerance analysis reports and approval documents in accordance with CS-25 and other relevant regulations (CS/JAR/FAR Part 23/25/27/29) You evaluate and show production deviations (Concessions) You support stress and fatigue analyses to repair and decrease damaged structures You establish test processes as well as progress monitoring in line with the program process to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables

Complete engineering studies (Diplom/Master, Dr./PhD) in the field of aerospace technology or mechanical engineering Multiannual experience in stress, fatigue and Damage tolerance analysis for metallic and fiber composite components Multiannual experience in structural analysis over all phases of development and the entire life cycle of several aircraft Experience in the context of structural tests to support the development of aircraft cells Knowledge of approval requirements for aircraft cells, design criteria, materials, methods and tools Experience in the development of aircraft according to CS-25 Ability to conduct complex tasks internally and externally Very good presentation, communication and leadership skills Very good knowledge of German and English
