Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Ensure correct assembly and production in the associated area
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in the shift system
• Planning and monitoring of optimal utilization of resources
• Implementation of measures to continuously improve productivity (CDP)
• Optimization of processes and processes, as well as standardization of assembly according to Lean principles
• Care and further development of the key figures, incl. report refund to the plant manager
• Resource Planning Support
• Control of all maintenance and machine maintenance work

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical training with further training
• Multiannual professional experience in the relevant segment
• A sense of responsibility, as well as a reliable, independent and targeted way of working
• Leadership and communication skills in connection with enforcement
• SAP experience desirable
