Your tasks at a glance: Strategic marketing: You develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve FC Augsburg's earnings targets. Team leadership: You guide a dedicated team and promote its professional and personal development. Sponsor acquisition and management: You independently acquire new sponsors and develop existing partnerships. Project management: You coordinate advertising and hospitality measures in close cooperation with the association. Networking: You use your contacts to unlock new business opportunities.

That's what you bring: You've been working successfully for several years. You bring leadership skills and you can motivate a team and professionally control stakeholders. You have strong communicative skills and a good economic understanding to derive strategic decisions. You are an organizational designer and keep an overview in stressful situations to efficiently coordinate gaming days, partner events and promotional measures.
