What you do with us: You are in the middle of it only: you support exciting projects around the construction of professional tracks, “more women in leadership positions”, the co-design of a skills management concept and the provision of diagnostic instruments – from conception to communication in the company. Organization is your thing: you help in the planning and implementation of training offers and events for our colleagues – whether for employees or managers. Creativity asked: You will create presentations and communication materials that really arrive. You bring life into the network: whether online postings or exchange formats – you make sure that our women's network remains in motion, digitally and locally.

When dealing with different people, you feel at home and you love the challenge of constantly learning new things. Your knowledge: You are in the middle of a study with a focus on economic and social science. Whether BWL, Business Informatics, Education or (economic)psychology, with us you are right. Your experience: First practice experience? Great, but no need. Your skills: MS Office programs are your playground – especially PowerPoint and Excel will be your daily companions. Your time: You will take at least 6 months to fully start.
