Electrical or Supply Technology (TGA)

You love taking responsibility and leading technical solutions to success? As a construction or project manager TGA (m/w/d), you can play a key role in demanding construction projects. You ensure that the technical building equipment – from supply technology to electrical engineering – not only works but convinces with quality, innovation and efficiency. Resolution: Take responsibility for exciting, complex building projects and introduce your ideas into turnkey industrial and commercial buildings Communication & Coordination: Be the central interface – professionally supervise our clients and work closely with authorities and specialist engineers Call for tenders & awards: actively design the award processes and secure the best partners for our TGA companies Quality and cost control: Keep an overview and ensure that quality, dates and budgets are perfectly adhered to Commissioning: Join the exciting phase of commissioning and make sure everything works smoothly Aftercare: Stay a reliable contact person after completion of the project and ensure the satisfaction of our customers during the warranty period

Successfully completed master or construction engineering training in electrical engineering or utility technology or studies with specialist construction reference (e.g. TGA engineering, electrical engineering, supply technology, MSR, energy, building and environmental engineering) Ideally first experience in the TGA building management of SF projects Knowledge of costing, VOB, technical regulations, planning and construction of building systems (electrical or supply technology) Communicative and sovereign occurrence, enforcement and solution-oriented thinking Responsibility, precision and the need to implement projects with the highest quality in the team
