Especially for booming online trading, we are constantly developing innovative solutions for shipping and reception. Your duties Professional control & interface work Central technical interface between purchasing and building service providers and internal interface partners Consistency and performance agreements Ensuring regular, economic and efficient commissioning Process, System, and OperativeExcellence Themes Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in the team and at interfaces Conception and establishment of standardized, efficient processes Active participation in the further development of system support (requirements, tests, rollout guide, user support) Ensuring data quality and process stability Analysis, reporting & transparency Creation and maintenance of analyses, dashboards and standard reports Implementation of special evaluations and derivation of recommendations Preparation of decision-relevant documents for property and department management Support for leadership & projects Technical support of the property manager in the operational daily business Cooperation in automation, construction and process and system projects Acquisition of clearly defined work packages with earnings responsibility Expertise Study and/or multi-year relevant professional experience Experience in the field of service provider control Basic understanding of purchasing processes and creation of performance descriptions Strong process and analysis understanding, high number and data affinity Embossed process, analysis and interface competence Safe handling of office applications, very good Excel‐/BI knowledge Communicative skills Communication with clients and interface partners (internal and external): Clear and objective coordination and order clarification Embossed conflict management e.g. for delays in the process sequence Your profile Very safe application of MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Very high readiness and loadability High self-initiative and responsible, independent and structured work Impressed communication and negotiation skills as well as high levels of enforcement, reliability and flexibility Very high service and customer orientation while maintaining quality and cost parameters Very good skills for conceptual work and stakeholder management Safe occurrence in coordination with purchasing, service providers and executives temporary and local mobility, driving licence class B Your advantages Start date: You can start with us from 01.06.2026.
