Purpose and objective As a packer (m/w/d), you are responsible for the professional and safe packaging of steel coils that are shipped to customers worldwide. The aim of the site is to ensure the quality, protection and transport safety of the products through careful packaging work.

Importance for the company The packaging (m/w/d) plays a decisive role in the supply chain of the steel industry. Through professional packaging, you contribute significantly to ensuring that high-quality steel products reach unharmed and timely customers around the world.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Packing steel coils for national and international shipping

• Application of different types of packaging (e.g. foil, paper, protective materials)

• Work in a clean and structured industrial environment

• Operation of hand grabs and supporting aids

• Control of packaging for completeness and quality

• compliance with work, safety and quality requirements

Technical requirements

• First experience in packaging or industry of advantage

• Class B licence required

• Forklift license and crane license

• Ready for full-contact (breakfast / late / night / weekend)

• Basic technical understanding

• German knowledge of understanding in the working environment
