Your tasks: You strategically shape the process landscape of DB Energie in the field of infrastructure and develop continuous end-to-end processes across area boundaries Together with the departments you analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement and guide sustainable process standards Digitalization and automation potentials along the technical value chain are recognised at an early stage and bring them into implementation A meaningful process and quality monitoring process and quality monitoring are continuously developing and thus creating transparency about performance and quality indicators As a central interface, you accompany the introduction of new processes, standards and digital solutions in the regions and departments You evaluate legal, regulatory and technological changes in terms of their impact and develop appropriate action options In close cooperation with departments, business development, quality management and IT, you actively shape the further development of the process and digitization landscape With your know-how, you will boost your standardization, quality and efficiency in the technical processes of DB Energie
