Project Manager Electrical Engineering - Large Projects / Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)

You take over the overall management and organization of your projects – from project acquisition from sales/calculation to orderly project completion You conduct, coordinate and manage the project teams, construction managers, super-mountains and subcontractors on site You monitor project progress, dates, costs, quality standards and control early corrective measures in case of deviations You ensure the technical accuracy, assembly quality, commissioning and acceptance of the systems You clarify order content, opportunities, risks, concerns, additional costs and additional orders with customers:inside, internal bodies and authorities You are responsible for the organization of materials, procurement, price negotiations and the assignment of the building managers to materials logistics Ensure complete project documentation, archiving and processing of warranty defects You ensure compliance with work safety, UVV requirements, environmental protection and training and instruction of your employees and subcontractors

You bring several years of experience in the project management of electrotechnical projects, ideally from large projects, with You have a completed degree, master or technical qualification in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification You have experience in managing teams and entrepreneurs You have a broad technical understanding of electrical engineering and are familiar with relevant standards and regulations (DIN VDE, VOB, DGUV) You are safe in handling project controlling, cost monitoring, time management and quality management You work structured, solution-oriented and responsible You communicate professionally with customers, authorities, suppliers and internal interfaces You identify risks, concerns and additional costs at an early stage and implement appropriate measures
