Senior Consultant (m/w/d) We are looking for you for the Office for Public Order, Department of Foreign and Nationality Law, the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The body shall be filled in full-time/part-time (min. 50 %) and indefinitely. The Office for Public Order is one of the major offices of the city administration with over 1,000 employees. The foreign and nationality office is responsible for around 170,000 foreign citizens. The department is organised in five fields with over 170 employees. The tasks of this publicly-intensive area are characterized by the application of a complex legal area that is constantly developing.

They are responsible for the processing of the accelerated specialist procedure according to the law on immigration They shall examine visa applications and decide on the submission of a favourable or negative opinion on the visa procedure. They are contact persons for the citizens and take over the advice in complex cases and complaints They carry out surveys and initiate investigations, e.g. in case of hypothesis You take over the management of the team
