For the Medical Information Technology (MIT), Information Technology/Referat IT Workplace Support department, we are looking for a Head of Unit (m/w/d) for IT Workplace Support / Onsite Support at the next time, full-time, unlimited.

Personal and content management of the IT Workplace Support Unit Responsibility for operational IT workstation service Ensuring operational safety and smooth day-to-day operation Priority and coordination of tasks in project work and operation (IT project work, IT operational support, IT documentation) Cooperation in designing and developing high-performance and safe workplace infrastructures Introduction of automation solutions and optimization of support tools Control and development of ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, request management) Cooperation with the IT rollout unit for seamless system transfers Leadership and development of a team of 5 employees, including resource planning and coaching Monitoring of KPIs and SLA performance, deriving measures to increase customer satisfaction Contact person (m/w/d) for all questions about the unit

Completed studies in computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications At least 8 years of professional experience in system integration and IT administration desirable Experience in a KRITIS company of advantage leadership experience, ideally in a leading position High technical understanding of IT standards Experience in the leadership of service teams High social competence and self-initiative Self-employed, solution-oriented and data protection-compliant Teamability, communication strength and openness Above-average readiness Very good German knowledge Experience with modern workplace technologies (Windows, M365, Mobile Device Management)
