Your tasks at Kautex as HR Specialist (f/m/d):

· Support of HR Manager for the entire operational support of the Mallersdorf plant including labour law topics from entry to exit of employees · Organisational tasks to support the work management (Travels, Post, Events, etc.) · Administration of postal inputs and postal outputs · Own-responsible implementation of the time economy incl. first contact person for the employees in these topics · Support for applicant management · Preparing Payroll · Representative of the work at training fairs/events · Compilation of statistics and overviews (e.g. time management, sick status, demography in work, etc.) · Creation of certificates and certificates · Maintenance of personal files and data in Peoplesoft · Organization and documentation of training and investigations · Processing and creation of fixed-term contracts (advices, extensions, compliance with legal deadlines) · Examination of temporary work accounts, works council hearings · Takeover of project-oriented special tasks · Observation and compliance with statutory, professional and Kautex EHS guidelines and quality and hygiene guidelines

What you should bring to qualifications: · Complete commercial training incl. Additional qualification with focus on staff or completed commercial studies · 1-2 years of professional experience in personnel management desirable · Experiences with Outlook, the MS Office product range and affinity for handling software programs (ATOSS, PAISY, Peoplesoft, Taleo, etc.) · Basic labour law knowledge and collective bargaining · Very good knowledge of German and English · Result orientation · Flexibility and Change Management · Conflict resolution skills · Self-development · Accuracy and quality orientation · Communication skills · Compassion · Set priorities · Organizational institution · Ethics and Values
