Implementation as well as technical and organizational management of the central document management Active control of the stationary patient flow from the central emergency intake into the receiving clinics and stations Daily analysis and assessment of the occupancy situation and introduction of appropriate control measures Close cooperation with the central emergency room, clinical directories, nursing services, social services, OP management and other interfaces Development, introduction and continuous optimization of processes for document control Ensuring a transparent and loadable occupancy overview including monitoring of relevant metrics Coordination of escalation processes in capacity bottlenecks. Successfully completed university studies in the field of health management, hospital management, care management, medicine, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in hospital, ideally in document management, patient management, case management or a comparable control function Leadership experience or detectable leadership competence Funded knowledge of the hospital organization as well as the processes of a central emergency and stationary patient care Safe handling of hospital information systems and MS Office Analytical and process-oriented thinking as well as pronounced organizational ability High communication and conflict resolution competence and enforcement Efficiency, determination and a high level of responsibility Very good knowledge of German - at least level C1
