The place is provided in full time (40 hours/week) and indefinitely. You know the entire path of a sample through the laboratory, think beyond department boundaries and take responsibility for sustainable solutions? Then you're right with us. As a central interface, you connect the specialist departments of our laboratory with the sampling, internal and external services as well as our sending doctor's practices. Keep in mind the entire sample process and accompany clarification cases independently up to the solution. Processing and final clarification of incomplete, faulty or contradictory laboratory orders Testing of samples, order data and examination requirements for completeness and plausibility clarification of missing data, unambiguously assignable samples or unsuitable sample materials Assessment of sample material, sample quantity, transport conditions Competent consultation of our senders on preanalytical, organizational and technical issues Close coordination with sampling, specialist departments, internal and external services and other internal interfaces Control of wastewater treatment across departmental boundaries to the final solution Documentation of clarifications in the laboratory information system Participation in the optimization of cross-departmental laboratory processes

Completed training as MTL/MTLA, MFA, or BTA or CTA (m/w/d) or BTA / CTA (m/w/d) with experience in the medical laboratory Multiannual professional experience in a medical laboratory or comparable diagnostic environment Very good understanding of the entire sample process – from preanalytics to analytics to reading Safe overview of laboratory processes, sample materials, investigation requirements and possible sources of errors Embossed service and solution orientation Willingness to take responsibility for clarification cases and actively accompany them until the conclusion Professional and comprehensible communication with medical practices, indoor and outdoor services and internal specialist departments Structured, careful and binding procedures Joy in a central interface function and cooperation across departmental boundaries
