Manager Intermodal Transports (m/f/d)

You take over the overall operational responsibility for managing and coordinating several executives in the Intermodal area. You ensure a smooth running of all intermodal transport processes within Germany and beyond. You continue to expand our trimodal network and develop it in a targeted manner – in particular our broad network of railways. You opt for existing processes to increase efficiency and ensure quality. You use the monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs as the basis for a transparent performance assessment and a targeted, continuous improvement. You support your team – individually, professionally and personally – and create a motivating, powerful working environment. You act in Bremen and/or Hamburg, depending on how you and your team need it. You conduct projects with high visibility and coordinate several topics simultaneously – with a good sense of priorities. You think ahead, recognize opportunities and actively promote improvements and innovations in the intermodal environment.

Multiannual experience in intermodal or logistics. Experience in leadership and development of teams. Good knowledge of the processes in the transport and logistics sector as well as a pronounced understanding of operational relationships. Embossed analytical and strategic thinking. Communication strength and enforcement capability at all hierarchical levels. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing A structured way of working, decision-making and sense of responsibility – with a view to the great whole and sense of practical solutions. Method knowledge (e.g. project management, process optimization or change management) that you use effectively.
