• Administrative support of HR Manager in all personal matters from the selection process for the places to be occupied to the termination of employment

• Contact person for employees of the Air & Sea Logistics business area on administrative HR topics

• Creation of work contracts, contract supplements and installations and certificates

• Preparatory activities for wage billing

• Collection and maintenance of personal and time recording data

• Collection of personal statistics

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training

• Including professional experience in human resources

• Secure handling of MS Office programs and ideally first experience in SAP HR

• Self-employed and structured working methods as well as distinct organisational and communication skills
