As part of our vocational training programme (BvB), we work with young people and young adults who need special support when entering the training and labour market. We are looking for a*n trainer for the location in Nürtingen in the professional field of warehouse/trade/logistics. The position includes 30 hours per week and, in addition to the technical tasks (approximately 75%), also includes leadership responsibility as a team leader at the site (approximately 25%). Intermediation of professional and professional theoretical knowledge in the field of warehouse/trade Design of teaching units Planning and development of didactic-methodic approaches and target group-specific learning materials regular assessment of the learning progress and development processes of the participants in cooperation with the pedagogical team Project work, including professional field Presentation of specialist media competencies

Tasks as team leader:Association and control of all measures at the Nürtingen and Kirchheim sites under Teck Ensuring smooth and quality implementation of measures Organisation and implementation of regular team and staff meetings Responsibility for personnel deployment planning Ensuring compliance with framework conditions, quality standards and internal requirements Monitoring and further development of processes and regular evaluation of measures Organisation of location-related processes and coordination of employees leadership, support and expert support of the team
