What you do with us: You run a team of machine and plant operators: inside and are responsible for their coordination and deployment planning in our fully automated warehouse.

You recognize training needs and implement training measures. You control and monitor the plant performance and, if necessary, escalate to adjacent specialist departments such as our management team. You are responsible for the cleanliness, order and safety in our facility and with your team, you will comply with all instructions and quality standards. You support the optimization and control of our technical and logistical processes.

What convinces us: A successfully completed technical or logistical vocational training or multiannual professional experience in these areas, as well as initial leadership experience of at least one year
