You are an experienced project manager in the field of electrical engineering and are responsible for the management of sophisticated construction projects with an electrotechnical focus. From planning to execution to handover, you can successfully control complex projects. You have a demonstrable track record in cost control, time management and quality assurance. You run projects in classic commercial engineering with a project volume of around 3 million euros – the focus is on office and business buildings, industrial buildings and projects from public tenders. As a manager, you are responsible for a team of 20 employees and control the order processing over all project phases. You are planning the use of personal and external personnel and are the first to address the issues of occupational safety, environmental protection and health. In close cooperation with the planning department, you create work and assembly plans. Subsequent offers calculate together with the sales, and also prepare bills and final invoices. During the entire project, you continuously monitor the costs and services and coordinate the commissioning and the acceptance of the services reliably and on time.

That's what you bring to it

You have completed their studies or comparable training in electrical engineering. You bring several years of experience as project leaders and convince with a pronounced performance and result orientation. You have very good knowledge in project management and in the relevant standards, such as VDE and DIN. You are characterized by strong leadership qualities and excellent communicative skills. You act proactively, have a pronounced organizational talent and keep an overview even under high load.
